Christy Hubbard is a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 20 years of experience guiding women and families through seasons of transition, growth, and healing. The Adapt Network provides not only physical space, but a professional culture grounded in encouragement, innovation, and mutual care.

In her clinical work, Christy specializes in women’s mental health across all stages of life, including anxiety, trauma, motherhood, and major life transitions. She also works with adults managing symptoms of attention deficit disorder, helping them cultivate structure, focus, and self-compassion.
