Katie Krieg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing since 2009. She specializes in helping individuals heal from trauma, manage anxiety, and build greater emotional resilience. Katie works with both children and adults, bringing a compassionate, client-centered approach to every session.
Katie is EMDR certified and has extensive training in trauma-informed care. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based treatment that helps individuals process and recover from distressing life experiences. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of how trauma impacts the nervous system and how healing can occur when the brain and body are supported together.
In addition to her clinical work, Katie is a Certified Clinical Supervisor, providing supervision and mentorship to clinicians pursuing licensure and advanced clinical development.
Current Services:
At this time, Katie is offering sessions focused specifically on LENS Neurofeedback (Low Energy Neurofeedback System). LENS is a gentle, non-invasive neurofeedback approach designed to help regulate the brain and nervous system. Many individuals seek LENS to support symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, stress, brain fog, sleep concerns, and nervous system dysregulation.
Katie is passionate about helping clients experience meaningful change by supporting the brain's natural capacity to regulate, heal, and function more efficiently.
